In addition we provide continuous in-country on-site support to operators to manage our products and apply general maintenance This benefits both the operator and the end-user, and radically improves time to market when launching offerings.
Managed Services is an additional offering, frequently used by operators who do not have in-house capacity to manage the products, or who prefer to entrust the launch of new services to the Concurrent Systems team.
Managed Services provides close and ongoing collaboration between Concurrent Systems and the operator, ensuring that customer and business needs are met.
Managed Services provides monitoring, reporting, improving, maintenance, pro-active and remote support, which can be offered on an ad-hoc basis or via long-term agreement (LTA).
Proactive measures and preventative maintenance enhances site health and aids reliable capacity planning. To this end our dedicated Support Team provides outstanding support to customers for all products and solutions deployed to operator sites.

- work closely with customers to monitor active systems
- ensure that the best levels of availability and service are maintained
- give operators easy access to the help desk
- rapidly respond to and resolve incidents or logged queries
