Minimum Requirements

The following minimum requirements are a prerequisite for applying for this vacancy:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of proven combined work experience as a recruitment and placement agent
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Possess strong skills in creating effective marketing presentations
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and clients, as well as effectively persuade and close deals.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Fully equipped home office

Job Specification

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  • Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate platforms
  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screening candidates resumes and job applications and conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Facilitating the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Adept at overcoming employment legislative and regulatory obstacles 
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to generate revenue and achieve sales targets.

  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in negotiating and closing deals with clients
