The following minimum requirements are a prerequisite for applying for this vacancy:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of proven combined work experience as a recruitment and placement agent
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Possess strong skills in creating effective marketing presentations
- Ability to build rapport with customers and clients, as well as effectively persuade and close deals.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Fully equipped home office
