Managed Services is an additional offering, frequently used by operators who do not have in-house capacity to manage the products, or who prefer to entrust the launch of new services to the Concurrent team.

The operator has easy access to the Concurrent support help desk where dependable team members are always on hand to resolve incidents or queries logged related to Concurrent products and solutions.
