TELECOMS – marketing software to mobile network operators PLANNER – prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information

Minimum Requirements

  • Accounting Degree essential
  • Previous experience using electronic accounting tools (e.g. Xero)-
  • Minimum 5 years of practical accounting experience

Job Specification

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls
  • Processing of accounts up to Trial Balance
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing and summarising account information and trends.
  • Managing Debtors (Local and foreign) and Creditors (Local and foreign) 
  • Reconciliations of Debtors (Local and foreign) and Creditors (Local and foreign)
  • Bank & petty cash reconciliations
  • Preparation of Travel advances/reconciliation and expense reconciliations
  • Finalization of monthly, quarterly and year end accounts
  • Complies with legal financial requirements by studying new and existing legislations, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Payroll at month end (Including leave)
  • Completion of Company statutory forms
  • Preparation of debtors invoices
  • Liaising with the banks
  • Setup of Management accounts
  • Maintenance of cash flow forecasts
